The human body naturally contains sugar in the blood; the balanced blood sugar supplies energy to the body cells and organs. Excessive blood sugar is considered hyperglycemia.
Although the liver and muscles produce blood sugar, it majorly comes from carbohydrates we eat.
To maintain a healthy blood sugar level body needs insulin — a hormone that regulates the body cells to take up and store glucose.
In case of insufficient insulin, blood sugar levels increase up, which may cause health problems.
Symptoms
Headache and other aches or pains, difficulty in concentrating, feeling thirsty or hungry all the time, feeling sleepy or exhausted, having blurred vision, have bloating, need to urinate frequently, wounds take longer to heal.
Beyond a cosmetic concern, obesity is a complicated disease; an excessive amount of body fat is just one of the several complexities caused by it. It increases the risk of other diseases and health issues, like heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and some cancers.
For some people, it's way too difficult to avoid obesity. Generally, it results from inherited factors, combined with the environment and eating and work out choices.
Symptoms
Extra body fat is one initial sign to consider as a symptom of obesity. But only determining body mass index (BMI) can confirm whether it's obesity or not.
Generally called Anorexia — is an eating disorder identified by abnormally low body weight, an intense fear of gaining weight, and a twisted perception about it. Those who emphasize too much on controlling body weight and shape often suffer the disease.
Symptoms
Anorexia mainly shows in the emotional and behavioral issues like an unrealistic perception of body weight and extreme fear of becoming fat. However, there are several physical indications of it too.
Thin appearance, insomnia, dizziness, missing menstruation, constipation & abdominal pain, dehydration, yellow & dry skin, intoleranceof cold, low blood pressure, etc.
A person suffering from weakness may not be able to perform simple daily tasks like writing or combing hair. They might find it hard to move a specific part of their body. They may also experience tiredness and fatigue. In simple terms, Asthenia — or General Weakness — is the lack of enough energy required to move specific muscles or sometimes all of them. Therefore some people experience Asthenia in a particular body part, and others experience weakness in the full-body, often as a result of an infection such as common flu, influenza, or hepatitis.
Symptoms
Those who experience the weakness in specific parts of their body may have symptoms like slow movement, uncontrollable shaking, muscle twitching, or cramps.
Those suffering from full-body weakness may have more severe indications, such as fever, body pain, confusion, difficulty in speaking, vision, and breathing, chest pain, and dizziness.
